Cali King Cuisine & Catering is a catering company founded by Caleb Wiley. Growing up in California, he was always passionate about food and cooking, and wanted to bring the big bold flavors of California to the east coast. With his professional training from culinary school and experience as Orlando's celebrity chef, he created Cali King Cuisine during the COVID pandemic to bring private catered food to Orlando locals. Whether you’re looking for an intimate dinner for two or an elaborate event, Cali King Cuisine & Catering is sure to exceed your expectations.

Cali King Cuisine & Catering Founded by Chef Caleb Wiley
Chef Caleb began his culinary internships at the Coral Reef Restaurant at Disney's Epcot Theme Park. He was transferred to the Polynesian Resort where he was a featured chef at Ohana & Kona Cafe. From there he spent time at the famous Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant and the Epcot Japan pavilion.
Finally, during the Pandemic Chef Caleb was ready to make the big move. The chatter of his new venture grew quickly amongst Orlando Locals and Disney related websites. Cali King Cuisine & Catering has been growing steadily ever since!
During these years he developed the idea for opening up his own catering company and had many meetings with some amazing chef's and restaurant owners about how to start the process. He was chosen to come open up Topolinos Terrace Restaurant at the Riviera Resort before finally deciding to say his official Disney farewell and opening up Cali King.
